1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online store available at hackerscoffee.pl (the "Store"), operated by HACKERS COFFEE SP. Z O.O., ul. Pulawska 246/9, 02-684 Warsaw, Poland, KRS: 0001127628, NIP: 5214086102, REGON: 529667306 (the "Seller").

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

Customer - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store,
Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity,
Order - a declaration of intent by the Customer to purchase Products, submitted via the Store,
Product - a good available for purchase in the Store (specialty coffee and related items),
Business Day - any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

3. Placing Orders

Orders are placed through the Store website. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

Select Products and add them to the cart,
Provide your personal details (name, email, phone) and billing address,
Choose a delivery method (InPost Parcel Locker or InPost Courier),
Review your order summary and accept these Terms,
Complete payment via PayU.

An Order is confirmed when payment is successfully received. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID and details.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the Store are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. The price shown at the time of placing the Order is binding.

Payment is processed via PayU S.A. Available payment methods include:

BLIK,
credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard),
instant bank transfers.

Payment must be completed within 15 minutes of placing the Order. Orders not paid within this period may be automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Poland via the following methods:

InPost Parcel Locker -8.99 PLN,
InPost Courier -11.99 PLN.

Free delivery for orders with a product value over 150 PLN.

The Seller processes orders within 1-3 Business Days from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time after shipping: 1-3 Business Days, depending on the carrier and destination.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (InPost). In case of delivery issues, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.

6. Product Descriptions

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that Product descriptions, including origin, processing method, tasting notes, and SCA scores, are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in flavor profile may occur between roast batches due to the natural character of specialty coffee.

Product photographs are illustrative. The actual packaging and label design may differ slightly from what is shown.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Returns)

Pursuant to the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, Consumers have 14 days from receiving the Product to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Send a withdrawal statement to [email protected] (a simple email stating your intent to return is sufficient),
Return the Product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.

The Seller will refund the full price of the Product (including the original delivery cost for the cheapest standard delivery option) within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life, or to sealed Products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, in accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

8. Complaints

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you may submit a complaint to [email protected].

Please include:

your order number,
a description of the issue,
photos (if applicable).

We will review your complaint and respond within 14 days. If the complaint is justified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at your choice.

9. Promo Codes

The Seller may issue promotional discount codes from time to time. Promo codes:

cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise,
are valid for the period specified at the time of issue,
may have minimum order value requirements,
are single-use unless specified otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design - is the property of HACKERS COFFEE SP. Z O.O. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Seller is not liable for:

temporary unavailability of the Store due to maintenance or technical issues,
delivery delays caused by the carrier,
damage caused by misuse or improper storage of the Product by the Customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Seller's liability for intentional damage or Consumer statutory rights.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage Customers to first contact us directly at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.

Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Seller.

14. Amendments to These Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Orders placed before the amendment are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the Order.
