> B2B // COFFEE FOR BUSINESSES

Fresh specialty coffee for teams, straight from a Warsaw roastery

We roast to order and ship fresh batches: to your office, cafe or shop, or as a gift with your logo on the bag. A VAT invoice with every delivery, shipping by InPost or courier, one person to talk to.

  • specialty coffee, 80+ SCA points
  • roasted to order in Warsaw
  • VAT invoices via KSeF
  • quality control by a licensed Q Grader (SCA)

Who it is for

We work with companies that simply want better coffee at work, and with those that want to sell it or give it away. Either way we start with a conversation about your equipment, volume and taste, not with a price list.

[01] OFFICE

Offices and coworking spaces

  • Regular deliveries of whole bean or ground coffee in 1 kg bags, on a schedule that matches how much you drink.
  • We match the coffee to the machine already in your kitchen, or suggest simpler gear: AeroPress, Hario drippers, a French press.
  • One VAT invoice per delivery, no one has to keep placing orders in the shop.

[02] HORECA

Cafes and HoReCa

  • Single origins and blends for espresso and filter, roasted to order rather than pulled from a warehouse.
  • Samples before you decide and a cupping with a licensed Q Grader (SCA), so you pick a profile that fits your menu and your guests.
  • A repeatable roast profile from one delivery to the next, and direct contact with the roastery.

[03] RETAIL

Shops and resellers

  • Coffees from our range in 100 g, 250 g and 1 kg bags, shelf ready, with origin and profile described.
  • Resale terms agreed individually, depending on volume and order frequency.
  • Need a specific origin or process? We can import green coffee to your requirements.

[04] WHITELABEL

Corporate gifts and whitelabel

  • Specialty coffee under your label: logo, colours and your own copy on the bag.
  • Gift sets for your team or your clients, with brewing equipment if you like.
  • Roast profile, grind and batch size tailored to the occasion, from a few dozen units.

How it works

Four steps from the first message to regular deliveries. No multi-year contracts and no commitment while we are still talking.

  1. Inquiry

Fill in the form or write to [email protected]: how many people drink coffee, what equipment you have, what you are looking for. We usually reply within one business day.

  2. Samples and selection

We suggest coffees from our range for your machine and taste. If needed, we send samples or run a cupping so you can choose with confidence.

  3. Quote

You get a concrete offer: coffees, bag sizes, delivery frequency, price and payment terms. No hidden lines.

  4. Regular deliveries with an invoice

We roast to order and ship by InPost or courier. Every delivery comes with a VAT invoice issued via KSeF. Change the schedule with a single message.

What you get

The same coffee we sell in the shop, in quantities and on terms that make sense for a business.

Quality you can check

Specialty coffee scores at least 80 points on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. We only offer coffees that meet this standard, and you will find the SCA score on every product page.

Cupping and advice for businesses

We run cupping sessions to SCA standards: choosing coffee for a venue or office, evaluating samples before purchase, calibrating a barista team, or a tasting workshop for your team with no prior coffee knowledge needed. The number of coffees and participants, the venue and the date are agreed individually.

Questions we hear most often

Is there a minimum order?

There is no fixed threshold. For smaller quantities the easiest route is the shop, where you enter your company details for the invoice at checkout. For regular deliveries from a few kilograms a month we prepare an individual quote.

How quickly will I get the coffee?

We roast to order. As a rule the coffee ships within 1-3 business days of confirmation, and InPost delivery usually takes another 1-3 business days. For larger batches and whitelabel runs we agree the date in the quote.

Do you issue invoices, and can we pay on deferred terms?

Yes, every order comes with a VAT invoice issued via KSeF. In the shop payment is taken up front through PayU. For ongoing cooperation, payment terms including deferred payment are agreed individually.

Can I try the coffee first?

Yes. The simplest way is to order a sample set from the shop or to write to us: for larger inquiries we select and send samples for your specific equipment, and for cafes we can arrange a cupping.

How does whitelabel work?

We roast coffee from our range, or one selected for you, and pack it under your label: logo, colours, copy. Together we agree the roast profile, grind, bag size and batch size; for smaller runs we start from a few dozen units. You can supply a finished label design or we can prepare one with you.

Do you deliver outside Poland?

International sales are in preparation. If your office is outside Poland, write to us and we will tell you what is already possible.

Ask for a quote

Tell us a little about your company and what you need. We reply on business days, usually within one.
